Registration

The registration fee for all divisions, ages 12 - 18 will be $395. 

How to register

 Go to AES (Advancedeventsystems.com) to register your team for entry.    Once you have registered on AES.  Print the completed entry form.  Include that with the check that you mail.  Checks should be made out to East Coast Volleyball Academy.  The mailing address is 4608 Coddington Loop, Wilmington, NC 28405.  One check per team for $395.  Make sure to be specific for which event you are paying for.

Payment Method

Pay by check:

Print the completed registration form from AES and send with your check.  Checks should be made out to East Coast Volleyball Academy.  Mail all checks to our mailing address at  4608 Coddington Loop., Wilmington, NC 28405. Please send one check per team.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds must be submitted via email to Larry@eastcoastvba.com 
  • December 31st, 2022. Last day to receive a full refund regardless of acceptance status.  
  • January 1st, 2023 Last day for teams ACCEPTED into the event to receive a refund. 
  • January 31st, 2023. No refunds will be given regardless of acceptance status. ​ If desired division is full, Eligible teams may cancel their registration and receive a full refund. OR the team may elect to go on a Waiting List. Eligible teams are teams who have paid.  ​ Teams on the waiting list Teams on the wait-list who decide to withdraw their application, will receive a full refund.   ​ 
  • COVID RELATED REFUND POLICY: Should this event be cancelled or postponed due to COVID related issues all teams will be eligible for a majority refund.

Roster Requirements

  • NO AGE WAIVERED PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY ROSTER*   
  • A maximum of 15 athletes are allowed on rosters.
  •  All athletes listed on the roster must have a birth date and uniform number listed. 
  • Athlete's position is mandatory before a team can complete online team check-in.

Division Changes

East Coast Events will do everything we can to make any division changes that are requested.  If we can not make the change, we will place your team on a list to be next in line for the division if a team drops or if space opens.  


If your division is too small, the director has the right to combine your division with the next closest division without notice or possibility of a refund. 

Submit all requests to Larry@eastcoastvba.com and include the following information:

  • Club name 
  • Team name 
  • FJ Code 
  • Current division entered  
  • Division you would like to be moved to

You will receive an email notification as confirmation when the move has been processed.

  • Do not assume that your request has been granted.

Team Drops

  • All requests to drop from the event must be submitted via email by the person listed as the main contact in AES.


  • Submit all requests to Larry@eastcoastvba.com and include the following information:

  1. Request to be removed from the event.
  2. Tournament Name.
  3. Club Name.
  4. Team Name. 
  5. FJ Code. 
  6. Division Entered. 


  • You will receive an email notification to confirm the drop has been processed.​


Acceptance

  • Acceptance for all divisions is first-come, first-served determined by the date and time a team completes all Entry Application requirements, until available space is filled or Feb. 21st, 2023 at 12pm EST, whichever comes first. 


  • A completed Entry Application includes the following: 

  1. Submission of an Entry Application online with AES. 
  2. Receipt of full team registration fees.


  • After registration closes, teams may be accepted into the event at the discretion of the tournament director.


  • You can check whether your team has been accepted into the tournament by going to your teams account in AES under the "My Events" tab.


  • When your team(s) have been accepted, you will receive an automatic email from AES.
